Well, that expense is simple, I charge you to have a heart and help others when and where you can. Something happened yesterday that clarified to me, the type of person I truly am. Yesterday confirmed that Im marrying the right woman. Heres what happened. A few months ago, I heard a rumor that one of my frat brothers and his family was homeless. I didnt think much of it honestly because I though that maybe the other brothers were exaggerating. Maybe he lost his place and now living with his mom. Well, last week, I called this brother to offer him an opportunity for a gig. He graciously accepted. He called me yesterday and asked, If there was a way someone could pick him up in Raleigh. I replied you live in Raleigh? He said, yes, thats where my wife, my little girl and I sleep in our car. some nights, we have a hotel room, based on how much money I make playing my sax on the streets. I immediately broke into shock. It takes quite a bit to make me shed some tears, but when I called my brother, I tried to say hello, but I just broke down crying. How dare do I have a nice car, really nice house, a refrigerator filled with food, and my frat brother is sleeping in his car with his family. I always say in my prayers and grace before eating lord, all i ask is that you continue to bless us, so that we may bless others, as you have blessed us. Yesterday, that became a reality. Today, Im asking all of you to join me. I went to Raleigh and picked my frat brother up and took him to the gig (wedding) I had gotten for him. He played 30min and got $100. He was so happy because he had enough to pay for two more night in the hotel room. My fiance, God knew what he was doing when he sent this woman to me, said to me, Leo, we have what have so that we can be of help to others. Its only right. I said yes love, youre right. While at the wedding reception, we all were sitting at the table conversing and this amazing feeling came over us. We invited him and his family to move into our fourth bedroom for a week or two, or however long it takes to get up on their feet. I called it, An Opportunity To Stand Again. Folks, sometimes, thats all someone may need. Just a chance. He explained to me how they got in this situation and trust me, its very possible and common. I am asking you, all 5,000 of my friends to help me, help someone Stand Again. You have total control on whether to trust me on this or not. However, Leo, Me, would never post anything fraud. I just want us all to pay it forward and watch this family bloom. Just imagine, if each one of my FB friends gave something, this family would be able to STAND AGAIN.
