We have a team of 9 for skins, made of KRG OP and Friends this year, Meet Operation Pharaoh- Erica Gleeson Pip Stanley Nicole Odonnell Georgia Elliott Emily Butcher Lauren Hansen Leesa Abrams Hannah + Celeste We have adopted a few as some regular KRG OPs cant make it this year, so welcome aboard. Members are all registered (with just one phone call for Nikki to make tomorrow) and EVERYONE will be eating!! Yay!!! I can now sleep easy. :) Thanks for getting this done on time, means I dont get abused by VOC and therefore you dont get yelled at by me in return (Our forms need to be early as we are external to scouting so the police checks etc need to be checked, which takes time thus the emphasis on us). I will double check but essentially we will bring some empty eskies up and our meals will then be brought to us during the day. Excess snack food, baked goods, soft cheeses and crackers and soft drinks are not included in our food (they are supplying the main meals) but you are very welcome to bring this type of thing if you want it, particularly if you bring enough to share. (though knowing rovers this will be MORE than enough food!). You are also welcome to bring up some other drinks for Thursday night, before the venturers and rangers arrive. Pip and I will be doing a trip to the craft shops next sunday morning (the 20th) at about 10am and then painting activity stuff and decorations. Anyone that is available is welcome to come join and help out! Many hands make light work. Alternatively if you cant make sunday, Erica could probably do with some help on other jobs in your own time :)
