Thank you for all the birthday wishes. Christmas time is a time for being thankful for what you have in your life, particularly friends and family. Ive been absolutely humbled by the number of birthday wishes sent today, and gifts from people that I really didnt expect anything from. I am pretty lucky to have so many friends in my life, a lot of them being from my coaching and training, and I cherish these friendships for the simple fact that I see them achieve their own goals each day, which makes me a very happy person. If you are still reading this, you are no doubt one of these friends, and thanks for supporting my classes - you know who you are!!! The last 12 months have been one of the best years, massive life changing decisions for me and the family, and I havent regretted it for one second because the people around me have supported us every day. I look forward to sharing the next 12 months with you all and to see more goals achieved and friendships made. Lastly, thanks to Ruth Bennett for making today such a special day. It is easy for my birthday to be forgotten with Christmas, but she goes above and beyond to make today as much about my birthday as it is about Christmas. You are an amazing woman, who I cherish every day with...literally my everything. Thanks again, and if you are still reading this...I love you.
