Thank you friends for all of your prayers! I need you to pray for my dad as he just entered a major surgery! He is severely diabetic and part of his leg is being amputated. My tough decision was whether to miss my first day of school with my students! As much as I hate to miss this special day, Hakuna Matata, family first! I am here with my brothers and sisters praying my dad can continue his stubbornness and make it through this surgery. Thank you to the best friends I could ever ask for Candace Pierce and Austin Robbins and Keely for coming to my rescue last night and helping get my classroom ready for the sub today.
