Thank you soo much to all those that to continue to support us with ephraims journey it is so awesome to have great family and friends. To those that travelled to Wellington to cheer for him, arepa for helping backstage and dre and amy for helping with the kids, you guys are awesome and to both our parents your help on times of need is very much appreciated... To our main man (u no who u r) we definately wouldnt b here without your help and living in pure luxury for the last 3 days with our kids feels like a dream.. Your belief in ephraim is just incredible..to Megan without you and your constant tireless work he would still be our samoan hulk eating all the glorious food we like to call soul food lol thank you soo much and sorry to keep you on edge yesterday..Murrays fault lol..To my muscle bum fiancé... Your the best Hun it takes someone great to do what your doing..youve only ever competed twice and look wea your going to the Arnold classics its your dream turning into reality right infront of you.. You make us poor but we sacrifice so you can be the best and to see you rip up that stage is breath taking.. I couldnt ask for a better role model to our sons!! We love you babe and I will forever walk this exciting journey with you till the end!! TIME TO GET SHIT DONE and try to bring the gold home at nationals in Auckland in 2 weeks..
