Thank you to Dr. Sherri Archer, Principal, Mr. Laundrell Gates, Assistant Principal and Dr. Brynda E. Parker, Music Educator for presenting me with a Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Leadership and Musicianship for Promoting Music Education in a Spirit of Excellence on February 25, 2014 at Jacox Elementary School, Norfolk, VA. This was the day that my grandmother, Mary Louise Gray Saunders celebrated her birthday. She was the person who started my sisters and me singing. She was my first Vocal Coach. Performing and wanting to teach started at home. I was blessed to have great music teachers though out my life and those who helped to mold me into the musician and person that I am. Thank you to all. I also thank all of my supporters. To God Be the Glory! In turn, I hope that I have helped someone along the way.
