Thank you to all the wonderful professionals who were fellow delegates at Sylvia Baldocks superb Personal Presence Workshop in Marlow yesterday. Thank you Sylvia! It is so vital to explore and articulate what it is that makes us GREAT. Sadly, we Brits (and particularly we female Brits) are fundamentally bad at self-promotion, we dont want to appear to be bragging about ourselves. However, we need to be able to self-promote to ensure that we take responsibility for being noticed, a vital ingredient towards achieving our professional goals and ambitions. So, what are you GREAT at? We all have our own personal brand, created by the way we chose to present ourself to the world. Whats your brand statement about yourself and does it reflect the real you? Does it say enough about what you have to offer, or is it a bit wishy washy? Whats blocking you from being the person you so want to be? .............
