Thank you to everyone taking a stand for shelter animals. Our voices are definitely being heard. We hope you can join us at the next Board of Supervisors meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 starting promptly at 9:00am. The meeting is held in the Supervisors Auditorium located at 205 W Jefferson in downtown Phoenix. There are covered parking garages and designated open lots in the area (both charge a fee between $5 - $15). Shelter reform has started for Maricopa County! Bring your first-hand experiences or concerns regarding Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC), along with solution(s), to present to the Board. We encourage you to review the No Kill Equation (NKE) bit.ly/1kNXgNr and utilize the NKE strategies to come up with solution(s) to your experience. Please keep in mind, each speaker has two minutes to present their information to the Board.
