Here is their update on JITAMBUE CONFERENCE June 2013: "One amazing thing about our God is that He makes all things beautiful in His time. This was the reality on Saturday the 29th June 2013, as 636 girls out of the 730 girls invited from 14 different High schools gathered for the 2nd Jitambue Purity Conference. This is one of the greatest events marked on Swahiba ministry calendar, the platform on which we encourage, inspire and challenge the girls to be everything that God has called them to be. We witnessed as the Lord spoke into the lives of all present, in different ways. Acts 24:16 formed the basis of the conference, and we can only testify that the Lord moved in dynamic ways through the key guest speakers, Candice Ashburn and Grace Karanja. The highlight of the event was when 17 girls came forward to give their lives to Christ after an altar call was made by our speaker Grace. They will each get REACH FOR LIFE Youth Bibles. We wish to acknowledge the Inspiring word we received from the Her Passion Partners founder and President our beloved sister and friend, Candice Ashburn. Thank you for your prayers and your faithful support to the vision of Swahiba Youth Networks – SYN."
