Thanks, John If you see a bee not moving on the floor, it probably isnt dead yet, just severely dehydrated. If you mix some sugar and water on a spoon and offer it to the bee they should drink it. After they have had enough and a little rest they should fly away, if not slide a piece of paper underneath them and carry them outside. If you can get to flowers, hold the paper close to the flower and slide the bee onto a flower, which has nectar which is even better for them. Soon after the bee should be back to normal and buzzing around. Many of us are scared of bees for a number of reasons, but bees will never sting you unless they think you are trying to kill them. They are very gentle creatures and one of the most important parts of the planets eco system. Without bees around a third of the crops in the world would disappear....per Mr. Bowring
