Thanks everyone for your ongoing support and pressure! In terms of an update -- we have word that using the argument that she is supporting the plaintiffs bar is simply making her mad and possibly harming our chances of getting the bill scheduled. Thus, try to avoid implying that the reason the bill has not been scheduled is related to her status as a plaintiffs attorney and chair of the committee. We can take that issue up AFTER the process has run its course if indeed the bill has not been scheduled.
