Thanks for all the birthday wishes - it is always wonderful to celebrate a birthday no matter what age you are. Enjoying my day - trying not to do a lot but you all know how that goes :-). After having to say goodbye to Kittie, I had told Lee Mitchell, the rescue coordinator for our boxer club, that maybe we could foster again and might think about adopting one should it work out. We met a little girlie who needs to come into rescue this morning - she is a sweetie. Uno wasnt particularly enthralled when we had them meet at the park - we might have to work at this a bit. She is still with her current home until we can work out another visit. When we came home, I made a batch of stew for Uno and I am trying to catch up on laundry. For fun though, I did play some games on my computer - LOL. The weather is pretty decent today - humid - but not bad otherwise. Certainly nice for August in Nebraska. We are going to pick up pizza for dinner - certainly not on my diet plan but it is my birthday so figure I can fudge a little :-). Hope everyone is enjoying your day no matter where you are.
