Thanks for the awesome comments on my ONE YEAR anniversary on my Fitness/Health/Wellness journey. I began at 9 weeks post baby #2 and it has been a blast. ______I share my transformation ONLY to inspire, encourage and show Mamas that it CAN be done!______ I am inspired by so many other women that I have had the pleasure to work with and others whose journey I have been following along. I have to share what I have been doing this past year. I understand everyone is different, but this is my journey: *I hosted and participated in Beachbody Challenge groups here on FB. I have completed ChaLEAN Extreme, T25 and PIYO. These are ALL home fitness programs. I have not been to a GYM once. My favorite program T25 is literally 25 minutes from start to finish. Thats how long it would take me to load the kids up and drive to the gym. *I have probably completed 80-85% of the prescribed workouts. I tried to stay on track, but hey, life happens. I just got right back at it after I missed a day. *I drink Shakeology every single day. For ME, this has changed my HEALTH more so than the exercise. It is like no product I have ever used. Its amazing and my body THRIVES on it! *I am dairy-free and gluten-free. This works best for me, due to PCOS (a hormonal condition). I also think many of us suffer from intolerances to both of these food groups and its worth experimenting with elimination. *I would say my diet is closer to 85-90% compliance. I have very little wiggle room to veer off course with Food intake, but again, thats just me, and thats largely due to PCOS. I get bummed that I cant be NORMAL, and indulge more often, but it is just NOT worth it to me, as it sets me back for WEEKS. *I surround myself with others who INSPIRE me! Seriously, I find SO much inspiration from other women who GET. IT. DONE. No excuses!!!! You know what, we allllll have excuses! I cant remember when I last slept thru the night....LOL...but, eating well and working out sure set the tone for my day, my outlook and my attitude. Your DESIRE to reach your goals must run deeper than any excuse. Thank you all SO very much for following along.
