Thanks to LB (Laurie Logan Bennett) for nominating me for the happiness/grateful challenge. Day 1 - #1 - I am so grateful to have connected with a dear pal today. Tough times dont last, tough people do and sometimes we just need to remind each other of that. #2 - Music - although I am far from being musically inclined, I love how a song can instantly bring you back to moments in life. Today I Hope You Dance was playing on the radio and I had a time warp back to Marymount singing our good-bye song on the stage. Love music for that reason! #3 - Volunteers - I had a soccer match tonight and if it werent for Frank Vecchio and Gwen Gamble (Miss Soccer NWO as I like to call her) our team would be non-existent or a shambled mess (best case scenario). These two have graciously dedicated countless hours over several years to womens soccer in TBay and for that I am so very grateful!
