Thanks to all the comments yesterday - to my falling apart comment. I do know things will work out but sometimes they just fin suck. Things are sucking for a lot of people now so (and this is a lesson for me too) try not to give the trite responses about how things always happen for a reason or they are really falling together. Its not helpful when someone is being real and having a bad moment. I sometimes think the positivity thing is waaay overdone and stops people Being vulnerable. Sometimes people need to feel the feelings of the suckiness and just need some empathy. And heres a great short video that talks about this.
