Thanksgiving is coming and always reminds me of a barbecue place off of Wilkinson Blvd. on Camp Greene St. (I think) and I believe it was called Camp Greene Barbecue? They had the BEST Sweet Potato Pie and at Thanksgiving they would sell hundreds of them! The pie boxes would be stacked to the ceiling! We bought several each year, I know it is a long shot, but I have searched for either the original recipe or a match of that recipe ever since..... It was not flat like most pumpkin and sweet potato pies and it was out of this world. My whole family went crazy over the pies! Anyone out there have the recipe or remember the restaurant?
