That will soon happen in Metro Manila! The worst scenario is that when the undesirable organizations, groups and/or individuals will push directly, indirectly or secretly the residents of the over-populated Metro Manila out of the sinking metropolis! Its something like the native residents of Honolulu and the rest of Hawaii. They have been suffering economically due to some kind of manipulation and control, such that many of the locals cannot continue to live anymore without having to work 2 to 3 jobs just to survive. So. many of them are being forced to migrate to the mainland U.S.A. Today, many of the very expensive real estate properties in Honolulu are owned by the Chinese and Japanese investors!
