Thats me finally back in the land of the living, the marquee has gone and everything that was in it is back where it came from. There is a massive list of people to thank for making SW14 possible, so here gos - First up as always big thanks to the boss, Jacqueline Henderson for keeping me sane, and for keeping my feet on the ground, if it wasnt for her I would have been booking the Rolling Stones for the marquee. Big thanks to my Mum and Dad and my Mother and Father in law for doing every job imaginable, airport runs, change runs, juice runs, baby sitting, van driver, joiner, bar work, cleaner and heaps of other jobs. To all my bar staff, theres too much to mention but you all know who you are, you have been brilliant all weekend, the best barmaids in town by a mile. Faye and Greg Clark for keeping the token booth going all weekend, brilliant job. My sister Sarah Craig for taking excellent photos (which I will upload shortly) Doom and Ged with Angus and Zak, nobody dare came near the tent with them in it all night, brilliant job guys :-) Stuart Walls for keeping the bar fully stocked and keeping me right with all the licensing paper work. Ian Rose, Emma Rose, and all their security team, not a single incident to report because of their sensible approach to security, if only every bouncer in town were like you guys there would be a lot less trouble, brilliant job guys. Phil Wiles for providing another brilliant PA and Andy Sheales for running it perfectly all weekend. Jon Campbell, Layla Amini, Rob Technic Muir, Teeny Ng, Dannielle Gilmour and Paul Ingles for another flawless performance, brilliant show guys. Paul Roberts and Bobbi Depasois (K-Klass) for a brilliant live PA and dj set at the after party. AKA-ska for one of the best live band performances I have seen in Peterhead, note perfect on every song and the floor was full from start to finnish. IndianRedLopez, every electronic instrument money can buy was on stage with them, and they nailed them all. These guys are defiantly destined for bigger stages. Raw Stereo, fantastic performance by all, and what a voice the lead singer has. The Unknowns, every song they played was one of my favorites and big shout to Swanno for flying home from Dubai just for the gig. Martin Penny for keeping the floor going with his perfect selection of Northern Soul classics. Barry Cheyne, Kevin Green, Peter Paterson and Liam Youngson all your sets were brilliant, good proper dance music. The Tartan Hypnotist was on top form on the thursday night, and well done to Susanne Bain for being the star of the show. Thanks to Finnie 4x4 for the lend of the van and Buchan Power Tools for tower lights, extension reels, transformers and ladders all free of charge. Thanks to the Peterhead Scottish Week committee for all their help and advice. And last but not least thanks to everyone who bought tickets and came along to the events, without you there would be nothing going on in Peterhead at all.
