. The 2015 annual fee amounts for the different categories are set out in the table below. The annual fees for 2015 must be paid by 31 January 2015. 2. Please pay as soon as possible to avoid the last minute rush. 3. To qualify for the 25% discount, the practitioner must be 60-64 years of age on 1 January 2015. 4. To qualify for the 50% discount, the practitioner must be 65 years of age or older on 1 January 2015. 5. The discount amounts have been rounded to the nearest ten rands to facillitate cash payments into FNB ADVANCE auto teller machines. 6. If you fall into two of the above categories, ONLY the higher of the two fees must be paid. 7. The above amounts all include 14% VAT. 8. The above amounts are in South African Rands. Persons who pay in any foreign currency will have to include an additional amount of R150 to cover bank charges on the Councils side to convert the currency into Rands. The annual fees for 2015 have been published in Government Gazette 37880 dated 30 July 2014.
