The Apology. It is easy to make an apology... Im sorry.... Please forgive me...a quick shrug of the shoulders...its easy....done... However... Those quick apologies are often found thrown in the trash bin...cast about on the floor...a floor littered with a thousand more apologies.....they are often a clever device..a vehicle of the manipulative...who truly have no real intentions of changing...they have simply found a target ..a patsy upon whom they continue to wreak havoc...the strength of the apology...empty...the victimizing constant...take extreme CAUTION. Behind...every apology must be two conditions... First...there must be a sincere and focused intent to admit the mistake....to deeply see the wound that it has caused in others...to offer complete self honesty...self admission... Secondly...to amend ones behavior completely...too shift from the negative to the positive....to take an internal responsibility to never repeat the harm caused....to stay present...honest...with honor and integrity...to keep your word...to stand up and be accountable... When someone has truly apologized...truly has made amends...they have not only gathered enormous spiritual strength...but they have freed themselves from the chains of what was....they have opened the door of freedom.... This is the miracle of true self love...true self forgivness... Peace Always.
