The Bat would probably get a serving of humble pie. Marvel doesnt like to portray their characters as being to unbeatable to be interesting. If they got the rights to Batman wed see him lose more often and his status as king of the street level guys would not be so cut and dried as Daredevil and Punisher and others would be seen as being comparable and not a bunch of Amateurs out of their league compared to him.
