The Belcher Family wishes to thank each and every one who has expressed heartfelt sympathy and prayers and your support during this critically difficult time as a family. This death of our loved one remains under investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department. We have no information as to any full details of what occurred leading to Itavians homicide.
