The Blue Max Nitro Funny Car has a long and storied tradition and Texan Ronny Young has been more than willing to keep it alive. With the blessing from Mr. Blue Max himself, Raymond Beadle, Ronnie keeps this traditional on point with his current version of the Blue Max Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car at tracks all over the country. Young took home the winners purse in 2013 at the Drag Racing Online Funny Car Challenge at TRP and hopes for similar results this year during the Nitro Nationals September 19th – 20th. Plus, at this year’s Nitro Nationals the Blue Max will be debuting an original new old stock Ford EXP funny car body from 1982. So, come out and catch all the nitro burning, flame throwing action!
