The Bénédictine Cocktail Challenge, which is now in its third year, tasks competitors to create a cocktail containing a minimum of 35ml Bénédictine. Judging criteria will be based on taste, aroma, brand knowledge and presentation. Four heats will take place in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Bournemouth between September and October. The Glasgow heat will be held in the Tiki Bar & Kitsch Inn on the 30th September. The winner of the competition will then join the other regional competition heat winners in a once in a lifetime, all-expenses paid trip to France from 2nd – 5th December. The experience will include an educational visit to the Palais de Fécamp, the liqueur’s birthplace in Normandy, and a cocktail safari of Paris.
