The CIA, FBI, NSA, etc., basically use three methods of Deception & Manipulation: 1. DISINFORMATION 2. MISINFORMATION 3. MISDIRECTION Disinformation is outright lies. Misinformation is half truths. Misdirection is a tactic designed to distract the reader, hearer, listener or viewer. One tactic of Misdirection is known as Diversion, and in this example video it involves several people and, specifically, two women. You cant see in the brief video but as soon as I walked into the cafe on Oct 30 2014 at Esspresso House in down toen Stockholm, Sweden at apprx 0800 hrs in the morning, there were already people there waiting for me, including two pretty girls (blonde & red head) and a gent who appeared to be in his late thirties. As I walked up to grab my coffee he left his area wnd wakked uo to the counter same time as I did in order to capture my attention. He then walked back to the other side of the dafe and sat down. Likewise the two pretty girls kept looking way to try and capture my attention. All three pretended the camera I had in my hand bothered them. It did not. Actually, they wanted me to take their picture. Point is, all three were sitting on other side of restaraunt. Afterward, in walked to unattractive average ladies who ordered their coffee and sat down in the table next to me. These are known as a Diversion tactics, primary and secondary and is a form of Misdirection. You would think the two women would have sat down at a table on the other side of the restaraun, but then it would not be Misdirection if they did that. Doesnt matter though, because the actual surveillance was by video and audio cam and the primary tracker walked in and out after he ordered his coffee. This is an example of MISDIRECTION which the CIA, FBI, NSA, etc, are masters of and is dase and point of just how the CIA has used this bald faced lie that American authorities are investigating me for some kind of wrongdoing, when it is, in fact, all a cover designed to keep je and other targeted individuals under intense surveillance for the purpose of achieving Verfication of their research and development behind using me, and so many tbousands of innocent others, for the purpose of Mind Control technologies. This began in 1996, and I began noticing it was happening as far back as 1997-1998, although at the time I did not understand exactly what was happening and why. So, how is it the CIA thinks it fan keep up this bulosh!t lie about they have me under investigation for my injuries, which must be the lie they are using because they are and have been manipuoating my medical trestment for many years, since 2006.
