The Cadet World Championship didnt went out the way I wanted. Unfortunately I lost my first fight to a mentally stronger opponent. I was in front until last round where he got 3 points for a head kick that missed. I lost my head and did some stupid mistakes which he was smart enough to punish. I felt a little pressure/ stress in me before my fight and that is for sure not a good thing for me when I had to perform. I know that I definitely have the skills to reach the top, but Im still only 11 and fought 14 years old. I will now work more with mentally training and I will come back stronger for and will definitely show an older and more mature Frederik at the Cadet World Championship in 2 years from now. I cant thank you all who has supported me so far also in all ways. Im sorry for disappointing you this time.... Soon I will be back in the mats. Now time to get myself together and cheer for my teammate Wassim who fights Sunday and to talk and have fun with all my new TKD friends all over the world.
