The Chief Shepherd is Christ Jesus, not the man and/or woman behind the pulpit!! Idolatry is running RAMPID! We are to be examples to the FLOCK, and lead by following HIM as the HOLY SPIRIT leads us. Let the Egos Go!! If anyone ever asks me to call them CHIEF anything in the Kingdom, they are deceived! God says man has exalted HIMSELF IN MY HOUSE, and then wonder why I AM NOT THERE?? The Lord says their is only ONE CHIEF and ONE MASTER of All.......Jesus Christ Himself/Yeshua Hamashiach, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Dont let your man made traditions keep you in error. Be corrected, says The Lord. God says, referring to Elders as Chief places them as the Head instead of CHRIST, the CHIEF CORNERSTONE. (I Peter 2:3-8) Adjust your religion and tradition and embrace TRUTH from the MASTER! The Holy Ghost says, do not think more highly of yourselves than you ought! Do not mislead My Sheep!!! Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but WILLINGLY, not for dishonest GAIN but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being EXAMPLES to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of GLORY that does not fade away.
