The City of Woodstock will be improving the parking lot at the corner of Mill Street and Market Street over the course of the next few weeks. Due to this work the lot will be closed periodically. The first closure will take place on Monday June 9 and Tuesday June 10 to prepare the lot for installation of lighting. Please be advised that all downtown employees and visitors will not be able to utilize this lot during the closure. Alternate parking can be found at the Woodstock United Methodist Church (Mon-Sat Public Parking Only), the City Center Parking Lot (corner of Towne Lake Parkway and Main Street) and the on-street parking along Market Street and Maple Street. The paving work is anticipated to be finished no later than June 30. If you have any questions regarding this work, please contact the Downtown Development Authority office at 770.592.6056.
