NORTHEASTERN PORTAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO... SOUTHERN TRUMBULL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO... * UNTIL 900 PM EDT. * AT 607 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. A SPOTTER IN NEWTON FALLS HAS MEASURED MORE THAN THREE INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST 90 MINUTES. A CAR WAS SUBMERGED AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROUTE 534 AND BANDOR ROAD.
