The DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) created a Facebook account to lure drug criminals by using a real womans name and private photos that they took from her cell phone without her knowledge or permission. [The woman had been arrested on a minor drug charge in 2010 when her cell phone was downloaded by the DEA. The DEA faces charges of identity theft, invasion of privacy, and committing libel and slander.
