The Disability Support Service offers an Assistive Technology Outreach Programme to promote awareness and use of assistive technology in secondary schools. This aims to enhance access and transition to third level education for more students with disabilities/learning difficulties. To show the wide array of technologies available we are holding an Information Evening on Assistive Technology in UCC and all students, parents, teachers and SNAs are welcome to attend. (Further specific hands-on training in specific technologies is also available.) Details are as follows: Venue: WW5, West Wing, Main Quad, U.C.C.
