The Earth spins at 64,000 miles an hour and yet if we couldnt prove it, we would actually believe it stands still. The brain is confronted with 40 Million bits of data per second but can only process 10,000 bits per second. The brain filters out everything that it is unfamiliar with and keep you doing the same thing via habit. All habits can be broken by consciously introducing something new, a Distraction. A distraction is something that diverts your attention. A diversion can be anything you want it to be. The best form of Attention is something that makes you feel good inside: That job youve been thinking about applying for, the promotion you want, the person youve been wanting to ask out, the business you want to start, the relationship you want to end, the broken marriage you want to fix etc... These diversions gives you a challenge, a sense of excitement. Excitement leads to motivation. Motivation will lead to Action. Constant Action will lead to Accomplishment. Accomplishment leaves you feeling emotionally happy and fulfilled. Since we all love to feel happy and fulfilled, Why not begin something today that will change your life? :) xx
