The Ed Show covers how our insatiable greed for oil is destroying the oceans, possibly beyond repair at this point..... and Its not just the oceans... the pipeline in North Dakota has had of THREE HUNDRED oil spills in the last year, that have gone unreported in the media. THREE HUNDRED!!!!!! And they want to build a pipeline through South Dakota and the nations largest water aquifer in Lakota territory? It has to stop somewhere. Lets hope the Lakota keep holding the line against the Keystone XL... for everyones sake. This is a very informative short news program, that enlightened me on a number of issues, including the fact that BP oil, in spite of their commercials portraying everything as ok and open in the gulf, has actually appealed paying damages to locals impacted by the oil spill and stopped payments to many who lost their livelihoods when the shrimp industry collapsed from the oil spill.
