The End Racial Profiling Act of 2013, if passed, would hold - TopicsExpress

The End Racial Profiling Act of 2013, if passed, would hold police officials accountable for any type of racial profiling and discrimination that occurs between them and citizens, as well as between citizen and citizen. The national government would do this by making sure that every police department and district wishing to receive aid from the national level would have to concede and press for the end of prejudicial practices. This would force police and officials to take a more active role in containing and eliminating partiality in their communities. It will also allow victims to more adequately seek legal justice for any sort of physical assault or verbal harassment.
