The Family Dollar coupons that are sent to me via text and email are useless at the 355 Market Street, Paterson, NJ. Im specifically talking about the 5off25 and 3off15 - valid codes. The manager wouldnt accept them and also proceeded to embarrass us in front of countless customers out loud. He even went as far as to tell the cashier not to input the code. His reasoning: There were too many people trying to purchase with photocopied coupons; therefore his store doesnt accept them. I didnt know that managers were owners and created their own policies. I spend approx $200 a month at Family Dollar - and have been doing so for over 2yrs. You can forget about me spending another dime!!!!
