The Federal Polytechnic Bida 2013/2014 Post UTME Screening Exercise has been announced officially as follows: A. This is to inform all candidates who chose The Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State as the Most Preferred, More Preferred and Preferred (whether as First or Second choice) and scored the mandatory cut-off point of 150 marks and above in the year 2013 UTME that the Post UTME Screening portal shall be opened to users as from Thursday, July 18, 2013 to Thursday, August 8, 2013. B. REGISTRATION FOR POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE Registration for the screening will commence July 18, 2013 to August 8, 2013. Applicants are required to pay a sum of N1,950 (N1,500 for the screening, N350 for Bank Charges and N100 for Portal Charges.) Applicants are REQUIRED to register for the screening test between Wednesday July 18th and August 8th, 2013 by obtaining Federal polytechnic Bida Post UTME Confirmation code as described below: Please do this as soon as possible cos the registration deadline is 8th August, 2013 as announced. Here is the registration information: Requirements For Post-UTME Eligibility Please be reminded that to participate in the Federal Polytechnic, Bida 2013 Post UTME Screening: Candidate must have obtained themandatory cut-off point of 150 or above in year 2013 UTME. Candidate must have chosen the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State either as his/her Most Preferred, More Preferred or Preferred Institution(whether as first choice or second choice) Candidates must possess minimum of five credits at not more than two sittings in their SSCE and or NECO/NABTEB in addition to the pre-requisite combination of subjects for the desired programme of study. Candidate must Register For The Post UTME Screening Exercise. Registration Procedure is given below. Candidates must possess the following Required Documents for Online Registration Copies of Official Examination Results (including Originals). Copies of JAMB Slip showing their photographs and JAMB online result. Passport photographs. Original certificate of State of origin. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE Registration for the Post UTME screening commences immediately. Follow these steps: To make payments, candidates are advised to obtain the e-Tranzact PIN Code from . Any candidate who fails to participate in the Online Result Screening Exercise would not be considered for admission into The Federal Polytechnic, Bida during the 2013/2014 academic session. Visit any branch of the following banks: Access Bank, UBA, Eco Bank, Mainstream Bank, Sterling Bank, Unity Bank, Zenith Bank andFirst Bank. NB: make sure you go along with your JAMB Registration Number because you will be asked. In the bank, walk up to the customer care and tell the person on seat that you want to make E-Tranzact payment for The Federal Polytechnic, Bida Post UTME. On successful payment, you are expected to collect a copy of the teller of payment and the E-Tranzact PINCODE slip. Please ensure you keep these two safe. You are to pay One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty Naira only (₦1,950). Afterwards, you are to proceed to the nearest cybercafe with all necessary credentials as highlighted above for the Post-UTME registration. In the cafe, visit the Federal Polytechnic Bida Post UTME Page: fedpolybida.edu.ng/postume.asp Enter Your UTME Registration Number in the first box. To confirm, enter Your UTME Registration Number again in the second box. Enter the PINCODE and click the submit button. Fill the form you see appropriately.You are required to upload your O’Level Results obtained in not more than two sittings upon completion of the registration. Candidates who are Awaiting Results (AR) are also free to participate but should indicate AR in the O’Level Result column. On completely filling the form, Submit. Print Two copies of the submitted forms. You are to bring the two copies of printed form when coming for the screening exercise.
