Father Philip Anthony Dimagiba, Provincial Chaplain of this PPO followed by the singing of National Anthem afterwhich the Panunumpa ng watawat ng Pilipinas and Police Office Pledges was recited by all personnel and the mass singing of PNP Hymn.
