The First Vegan/Vegitarian Fast Food Restaurant opened in my small town-San Antonio. (Yes I eat raw food! I know I know it is not super hero healthy) But my Kid, Husband and I loved it and Im so excited for this little business. I hope more open. I drove up ordered a Earth Burger (Bean Burger), Chicken Nuggets (Gardein), and a Pulled Pork Burger. Again not ubber healthy but a giant leap in the right direction regarding fast food...consider I live in the beefiest state..Texas..Im excited for this Earth Burger place to take off.
