The Flu Epidemic of 1918 hit with a vengence. It spread world wide - TopicsExpress

The Flu Epidemic of 1918 hit with a vengence. It spread world wide and an estimated 20 to 50 million lives were lost; a terrible piece of human history. So its no wonder the media is successfully scaring so many people into thinking their only hope for not getting the flu is getting the flu vaccine, even though its riddled with aluminum, formaldehyde and thimerosal. In 1918, science didnt have the understanding as to what the flu was; at first it was thought to be a bacteria. It took a couple of decades for dedicated scientists to discover that the flu was really a virus, not a bacteria at all. So the difference between then and now is knowledge and our understanding of viruses. So heres how I see it...viruses need a host cell, bacteria are the host cells, most people are deficient in good flora so they have lots of bacterial cells which means they have lots of host cells and sugar feeds the whole mess. Want another way of looking at the flu situation? Take part in your own health and know that you can make a difference...you do have power! Care about what you eat and live on wholesome food, support your immune system with powerful nutrients like Vit D3, learn about all the wonderful anti-viral herbs that nature has blessed us with, take lots of probiotics every day, trust your immune system and most importantly...have faith. Now thats my kind of medicine...no fear, just love!
