The Fort Mill Parks & Recreation Department is proud to announce a partnership for a new 45 minute boot camp using a combination of cardio and body - strength training exercises. Please meet Amber (instructor) in the back parking lot of Walter Elisha Park, 345 N. White Street for a great way to tone & stay fit. The classes are $8 per class with packaging offers. Bring a yoga mat & a bottle of water. Classes will be on Wednesday mornings (9:30am) beginning August 28 and Saturday mornings (8:30am) beginning August 31.
