The Great White Throne Judgment The believers and unbelievers - TopicsExpress

The Great White Throne Judgment The believers and unbelievers will be separated at the Great White Throne judgment. At this judgment many Christians will be surprised that they even made it to heaven and many religious people who have done many good works for salvation will say: “…Lord, Lord have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have we not cast out devils? (exorcism.) And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then I (Jesus) will profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me ye that work iniquity. (Matthew 7:22) Jesus will consider the works of the religious people iniquity (evil deeds) because they did not do what Jesus asks of everyone and that is to believe in him and him alone. They did lots of good things, but never knew Jesus. The rules are the same for everyone; believe in Him or perish. Our sin was taken care of with the death of Christ at the cross and is not even an issue in salvation. No one is condemned to hell because of his sins. He is condemned because of his unbelief in Jesus Christ. ‘Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s only begotten (uniquely born) son.” (John 3:18) It does not matter who you are, what your position in life is, what bad things you have done in your life, how you feel or where you are. You can have salvation at this moment by believing in Jesus Christ. You can acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ to God the Father in your own words. Romans 3:22 declares: “This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.” “There is a way (religion) which seemeth right unto a man but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Proverbs 14:12) Any belief that is not faith alone in Christ alone is religion. The choice is yours. Religion, man’s system or Christianity, God’s system...
