The HORRIBLE: My boyfriend and two friends of ours tried the Loading Dock at the Colorado Belle this afternoon. While the scenery and atmosphere was pleasant our original waiter bailed out on us forcing another girl to wait on us. It took 30minutes after ordering to get ONE of our salads and another 15 minutes for the 2nd salad. And we were given only TWO OF our Entres AN HOUR AFTER ORDERING AND THE OTHER 2 ORDERS CAME 13 MINUTES AFTER. ALL OF WHICH CAME OUT COLD. My boyfriends ribs were so tough he needed to ask for a steak knife to cut apart and still had difficulties his side order of beans were the equivalent of two tsps. We had two bbq bacon cheese cheeseburgers and a pulled pork sandwich w/ fries, bread was rock hard and entire meal was cold! Codys bbq sauce on the side was warmer than his meal. When inquiring to speak to the manager (Lisa Harden) she REFUSED TO SPEAK TO US AND INSTEAD REEMED OUR SERVER WHILE SITTING IN THE CORNER OF THE RESTAURANT WHICH IS APPALLING IN ITSELF that she wouldnt come and inquire to our needs and complaints. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!
