The Hindu word for magick is Kalpavriksha, or Wish-Fulfilling - TopicsExpress

The Hindu word for magick is Kalpavriksha, or Wish-Fulfilling Tree. The Wish-Fulfilling Tree is not limited to Hinduism, but can be found in all the spiritual traditions all throughout the world. This same tree often grows near a well and this is where the idea of the wishing-well comes from. Both the tree and the well are the same energies, that of the manifestation of any focused desire through the methods of magick. Magick is a technical process involving certain spiritual processes done in a focused way. The possible methods that can be used to perform magick are infinite, but the underlying abstract technical steps are always the same and completely universal all throughout the world. In Norse mythology the Norns, the beings that magickally shape the fates of all, operate at a well situated next to the Norse cosmic Wish-Fulfilling Tree, Yggdrasil. In the modern Christmas tradition, which are actually based on Yule traditions from the Norse-Pagan religion, the Wish-Fulfilling Tree is symbolized by the Christmas Tree. That is why presents are placed under the tree. Christmas presents are really just symbolic of the fulfillment of magickal wishes. In the traditions of the secret esoteric wizard organization called The Lost Purple Wizards of the Nada Tree, the Nada Tree is the name used for the Wish-Fulfilling Tree. Nada is the vibrational sound current of consciousness which is the building blocks of existence. It also is that which is manipulated through the chanting of mantras. Mantras are a huge part of magick, in any system of magick. In Western Ceremonial Magick mantras based on the Jewish Kabbalah and on the angels are used in the performance of magick. Nada also means nothing. In order to properly perform magick the mind must have one thought and one thought only, and nothing else. This one thought must be the desired wish of the magickal operation. This truth is pictorially depicted in the Magician Card of the tarot. The goddess is the energy, Shakti, that empowers any magick operation. The god is the ability to focus the mind on one thought, and also the technical processed required to direct the goddess Shakti energy to one single point of outcome. In the human body Shakti is the Kundalini energy. The intellect that directs and focuses Shakti in magickal operations is the god in a person. God in a person is also another way to say a persons higher self, their inner guru, their Holy Guardian Angel, and the many other names used for this. This part of the self is symbolized by the sun in all traditions in the world, in the Kabbalah is called Tiphareth, in Buddhism is called The Buddha, in Hindu Vishnavism is called Krishna Consciousness, and in Christianity is called Christ Consciousness. To access the god self within an altered state of consciousness is required. Part of any magickal ritual is the establishment of an altered state of consciousness. Magick is the process of the focused directing of kundalini energies towards a certain outcome, effecting some sort of external or internal change. In truth external and internal are one in the same since all of existence is really just a holographic projection coming from the spiritual source, or from the mind stuff of the divine nature as a unified formless consciousness.
