The Inverted Row - an excellent compound exercise which primarily focuses on rear shoulders but also engages all the following stabilizing muscles: biceps, upper back, hamstrings (rear thigh), gluteus (butt), abs and core. Try it out and let us know what you think. Its not as easy as it looks ;) Make sure your grip is wider than shoulder width. This exercise should be performed with a straight body but beginners can start out with bent legs.
