The Islamic Emirate has always endeavored to elucidate its guiding principles of foreign policy with the neighbouring and world countries. The internal affairs and foreign relations of the Islamic Emirate are framed and organized on the basis of illuminated rules of the Holy religion of Islam. Safeguarding the superior interests of our beloved country, reverence of human dignity, protection of individual and communal rights, living in peace and harmony, establishing relations with all the countries on mutual respect and equality i.e. neither interference in their internal affairs nor accepting interference in our internal affairs, resistance and struggle against all kinds of cruelty, aggression, hatred and barbarity in our dear homeland; these the guiding principles which lay down the foundation of Islamic Emirate’s relations with regional and world countries. It is neither prolixity nor the aspirations of a political leadership rather it is our religion, our faith and our conviction. It is the decree of Allah Almighty and the guidance of our Holy Prophet (peace be upon him). Allah Almighty says in His Holy Book: { ولقد كرمنا بني آدم } الإسراء-70 Indeed, We have honored the children of Adam. { وقولوا للناس حسنا } البقرة-83 And speak to men kindly. { وتعاونو على البر والتقوى} المائدة-2 And help one another in righteousness and in piety. {وَقَاتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلاَ تَعْتَدُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبِّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ} البقرة-190 And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but do not transgress. Surely, Allah loves not the transgressors. And the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) says: (الناس بنو آدم، وآدم من تراب) رواه ابو داود All the people are sons of Adam and Adam was (created of) clay. (يا أيها الناس: إن ربكم واحد، وإن أباكم واحد، ألا لَا فَضْلَ لِعَرَبِيٍّ عَلَى عَجَمِيٍّ، وَلَا لِعَجَمِيٍّ عَلَى عَرَبِيٍّ، وَلَا لِأَحْمَرَ عَلَى أَسْوَدَ، وَلَا لأَسْوَدَ عَلَى أَحْمَرَ إِلَّا بِالتَّقْوَى) رواه البيهقي. O people! Verily your Lord is one and verily your father is one. There is no preference to the Arab over the non-Arab and to non-Arab over the Arab and to the red over the black and to the black over the red but only on the basis of piety. The Islamic Emirate believes that the involvement and interference of the aggressive countries in the internal affairs of the comparatively weaker countries lays the foundation of all misfortunes, collisions and complications of the modern era. All the troubles and injustices, inflicted on sovereign, independent but poorer countries, are due to the invasion and aggression of the western imperial powers. Our Muslim masses are fed up with these foreign interferences and invasions. Our masses have suffered tremendous problems and miseries. They have a deep abhorrence against the invasion and the foreign invaders. This is the reason that the policy of the Islamic Emirate is based on the principles of no interference in other countries affairs. It is penitent that some of the regional countries have come under the influence of the biased and baseless propaganda of the western world. Their representatives are issuing unjustified, ambiguous and unconvincing statements which reflect the baseless and false accusations of the enemy of the whole region. They do not have the right of imposing unnecessary conditions on us and issuing directions which are neither needed nor tolerable for the Islamic Emirate!!! As we have mentioned earlier, the Islamic Emirate is desirous of having cordial relations with all the regional countries but in the framework of equality and reciprocal reverence. Now it is their responsibility to realize that Afghanistan is our homeland and not theirs and it is the sole right of our Muslim masses to decide about the approval, rejection or modification of the constitution but only when the foreign occupation is fully terminated!!!
