The Issue of PRIZES Here is a quote from a friend of ours; fellow National Director (MISS UNIVERSE Ethiopia). “Safie, one thing u have to make sure people understand is the inherent prize the winner of this event always already receives - I remember you were working your ass off in New York, when your delegates arrived, networking the winner with celebrity like Russell simmons, shopping midtown manhattan, arranging hotel accommodations in central manhattan, ensuring all flight payments and protocol for vegas , dining , touring etc etc... There are many things u r not showing ppl about what it takes to run this behemoth. Other prizes like cash etc are all highly dependant on sponsorship vs… Also, I clearly remember you staying at a 2 star Inn in vegas conserving money for your delegate while they were in the lavish planet hollywood hotel. I am not saying what your doing is perfect and fact is needs a lot of improvement- but you certainly deserve huge credits for your efforts and need support.
