The Jasper Library Board isnt ready to jump into a partnership with the City of Jasper at the Hoosier Desk building yet. The city wants to move forward with design services from a firm they have used extensively for the downtown and park plans. But the library board isnt comfortable with the cost and the proposal that doesnt include engineering studies verifying the soundness of the older building. bit.ly/1tSl1t9
