The Jubilee Alliance Party is not a bad idea but the process used to bulldoze our community into it must be condemned using the strongest terms possible. None of our elected leaders was consulted.Our Elders were equally ignored. Surely how can two individuals(read auctioneers) dictate the political vehicle our community would use. As at now we do not know how the new outfit has our interests and how they will be represented. Our community has been taken to be a community of puppets;one that follows without questioning. Our people must learn to question things.We should not be taken for granted by two individuals. All our reasonable leaders from MCAs to gorvenors must resist this latest twist till we are brought to the negotiation table and we see if our share of the bargain is worth it. We are not a community of puppets;whom when told jump does not ask why but how high. I was even surprised that my area MP was not aware of the move. Later his social media mouthpiece wrote this: Tom Biegon weve been forcefully put into a party called Jubillee Alliance 17 hrs I however fear that our leaders would be forced into this new outfit because of the fear of William Ruto and Senator Keter denying them nomination papers.You would just see them change heart soon. Fake political loyalty is really making our community be shortchanged. #Choices_Have_Consequences.
