The King (the interpreter) sitting on the throne (anchor or home - TopicsExpress

The King (the interpreter) sitting on the throne (anchor or home base of body) gets regular messages from the Jester (emotions) and the King may practice the exercise of being attentive to his own throne every time the Jester comes with messages (emotions triggered by the environment). With this practice mastered, the King may now strengthen his practice; he may have some understanding about a mirror and what a mirror does. The mirror may only reflect, it may be possible that a mirror can’t hold or store anything in it so if objects are placed in front of the mirror the mirror reflects it, and when the objects are moved from that placement the reflection leaves with it. https://youtube/watch?v=u4EdnyxvUNw&list=PL8iJj-G3NZWAH3hnihlh3O2qr0jfUjC_H&index=27
