The LOEP Handwashing Hygiene project will launch the Third Phase on Monday, Sept. 1. Mrs. Allen, LOEP Volunteer Field Officer, and her Emergency Response Team will distribute LOEP Handwashing Hygiene units to churches, mosques, clinics and other public gathering spaces. More than 150 LOEP Handwashing Hygiene units have been distributed in rural villages around Brewerville, Virginia, Liberia. Along with Handwashing Hygiene units, Mrs. Allen and her team have coordinated with Ebola community education groups to educate local community leaders on Ebola prevention.
